WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, made only to the original credit card. If there is an issue with the order you have received, please provide a clear photo of the unit(s) received and a description of the issue. You will be responsible for return shipping fees, and please make sure to include your original receipt. To save on return shipping, if you live in or near Park Slope, you may drop off your returned items and original invoice, and we will process your refund online. Contact shop@blitzfacialbar.com for all return inquiries, including arrangements to exchange items. Returns must be received within 45 days from the date of purchase.

You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed. Please note that your financial institution can take approximately five business days to reflect any credits. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
WHAT IF MY ORDER GETS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING?
We do our best to package your products carefully when shipping, but sometimes spills or breaks will occur. If your product arrives in a damaged condition, please snap a couple pictures and send them to shop@blitzfacialbar.com. We will assess the damage and do our best to make you happy.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Your products will be shipped from our Head Office within 1-3 business days. We will let you know if any circumstances arise that would delay your order. If an order is placed on Monday/Tuesday, it will be packed and shipped on Wednesday.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We ship everywhere in the USA. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. If you wish to purchase from or deliver to Canada, please visit the CANADA tab from the Shop Online page.
CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your package is dispatched. If your order does not arrive within 14(CAD)/30(US) days, please email shop@blitzfacialbar.com. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk folder first before contacting us!
WHAT CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT ONLINE?
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city/province/territory names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement. Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.
CAN I USE MY BLITZ FACIAL BAR GIFT CERTIFICATE?
Unfortunately, your gift certificate is not valid on our Online Store. If you like, we would be happy to process your order over the phone using your gift certificate as payment, and ship it directly to you.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Contact us immediately if you have made a mistake at shop@blitzfacialbar.com. Once your order has been shipped it is not possible to cancel or make changes to it.
SALES TAX
The tax rate applied depends on your ship-to destination. Tax is calculated on the merchandise total of your order, and in some states sales tax is payable on shipping and handling charges.
